In the midst of the biggest case of his career, Christian finds inspiration and healing in the soothing presence of Nona Jones, a dedicated registered nurse. Their relationship takes off until they are pitted against one another in court. As the legal battle heats up, the stakes escalate far beyond what any of the quartet imagined.
